so conor oberst is playing on sunday, and i think i might like to go. i suppose i should get tickets? i missed my chance to see she&him in north carolina a few weeks ago, and i really regret it. but i havent found the new conor album all that appealing. yeah, i mean, its good; but it doesnt have the same draw that she&him did. so im still debating whether or not i want to pick up a ticket to this show. i suppose it will depend on price and who else is willing to go.

i think this job is killing my eyes. i spend a lot of time staring into the screen, and i feel like its making me blind. really, i suppose its just that im readnig too much on the screen. but in any case, im going to be sightless by the end of the year.

i made business cards for someone the other day, printed them out on cardstock and cut them with a paper cutter. it was a very tedious process, especially because i had to do 600 cards and the paper cutter would only do 2 pages of cardstock at a time. if the paper cutter were sharpened, it would have been so much easier. as it is though, i was lucky i didnt have to do one page at a time, that would have killed me.

i always forget how much trash there is, how much waste there is in offices. its like workplaces are bottomless pits of consumption that spit out all this trash, and no one has ever thought to try and minimize it.
